The Spirit of Guji

Midnight Ember is our tribute to the high-altitude forests of the Guji zone. Grown by smallholder farmers, these beans are hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds.

When we roast these beans, we aim for a profile that preserves the delicate floral aromatics while developing a rich, jammy sweetness that lingers like the glow of a dying fire.
